1. What iylaf is

iylaf is an online listing board where companies advertise surplus and slow-moving wholesale stock, and buyers contact them directly. iylaf is not a party to any sale. We do not own, hold, inspect or guarantee the goods listed, and we do not handle payments or delivery between buyers and sellers.

2. Listing is free

Submitting and publishing a standard listing is free. If optional paid services are offered in future, they will be clearly described and only apply if you choose them.

3. Your responsibilities as a seller

By submitting a listing you confirm that the information is accurate and not misleading; that you own the goods or are authorised to sell them; that the photos show the actual goods; and that selling them is lawful, including any import, export and customs rules that apply.

You must keep your listing up to date and tell us when the stock is sold or no longer available, so we can take it down.

4. Items you may not list

Counterfeit or stolen goods; weapons, ammunition and explosives; drugs and controlled substances; hazardous materials without the required permits; expired food or medicine; and any goods whose sale is restricted or prohibited under UAE law.

5. Review, editing and removal

Every listing is reviewed before it is published. We may edit a listing for clarity or formatting, ask you for more information, or decline or remove any listing at our discretion, including after it has been published.

6. What we publish and how we use your details

Your name, company name and phone number are shown on your listing so buyers can contact you, including through WhatsApp if you say your number is on WhatsApp. Your email address is not shown publicly; we use it only to contact you about your listing.

If you sign up for new-lot alerts, we use the details you give only to send you alerts about the categories you chose. You can ask us to remove you at any time.

7. Buyers

Buyers deal directly with sellers. Before paying or collecting anything, check the goods, quantities, documents and the seller's identity yourself. iylaf is not responsible for the outcome of any deal.

8. Liability

iylaf is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from listings, from dealings between buyers and sellers, or from the site being unavailable.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date below shows when they last changed. Continuing to use iylaf after a change means you accept the updated terms.
